Nudge – a true bestseller

A bestseller for a very good reason. This book is about triggering true changes in human behavior. We all know we should eat clean. We all know we should save for later. We all know what we should DO, but somehow we procrastinate. We find excuses for getting stuff done any time later, but just not now. We rationalize, we discuss, we do anything but act. Problem is, the more pressured we feel about what we should do, the more likely it is, that we come up with even more elaborate excuses to not act at all.
